Answer: Your system likely is still producing power, the issue is probably a Wi-Fi or connectivity problem. But please reach out to us so we can check for you!
Answer: Usually you don't need to. Snow melts off naturally as the panels warm up and light debris such as leaves usually won't impact performance long term.
Answer: If your system is grid-tied without a backup battery, it will automatically shut off during a power outage for safety reasons (to protect utuility workers). If you have a backup battery, your system will continue to power essential circuits, such as lights and appliances, depending on how it's set up. Please reach out to us if you're unsure what your system supports or are interested in looking into backup batteries for your home.
