Can I switch monitoring plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Do you monitor systems installed by other companies?

Yes, our monitoring works with any installer's systems. A one-time $149 site assessment applies for non-IWS installations and is credited toward your first monitoring subscription.

How is IWS monitoring different from my inverter app?

Your inverter app shows raw data. IWS adds intelligent analysis, anomaly detection, proactive alerts, and Smart Response service — so problems are caught and resolved faster.
